The Presidential Election remains in the headlines and commentary on MNSBC and CNN as President Trump refuses to acknowledge his loss, and ensure the usual seamless transition to the new administration. Joe Scarborough, Morning Joe, refers to a coup, and reflects upon his time as a Republican – very circumstances and behaviour, under very different leadership. Edward Luce, Financial Times, expresses concerns about new appointments that bode ill for the incoming administration. Claire McCaskill, former Senator, believes that the reluctance to take Trump to account is concern about winning the two Senate seats in Georgia. MNSBC, 23/11/2020 (Australia). Various attempts to overturn the election results through court cases are being rejected, sometimes with scathing opinions from Judges. .
